How quickly can you start?

For regular maintenance, we can usually schedule an initial visit within 1-2 weeks. Larger projects may require more lead time depending on our current workload.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes. Site visits for quotation purposes are free within our standard service area. We believe seeing your garden in person leads to more accurate and fair pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (preferred), debit cards, and credit cards. Regular maintenance clients receive monthly invoices with 14-day payment terms.

Are you insured?

Fully. We carry public liability insurance up to £5 million and are registered waste carriers for responsible green waste disposal.

Can you work while I'm not home?

Absolutely. Many of our regular clients provide access arrangements. We'll agree a system that works for you—key safe, side gate access, or other solutions.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans change. We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations. Visits missed without notice may be charged at 50% of the quoted rate.
